Terms of Use

Last updated: September 18, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of pawsandrestore.com, operated by Paws & Restore LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Informational Purpose

The website provides general information about our dog walking and pet massage services. Website content is not a substitute for veterinary, medical, emergency, or other professional advice.

For a pet health emergency, contact a veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately.

2. Service Inquiries

Submitting the contact form does not create a customer relationship, service agreement, appointment, or guarantee that services will be available. We will review your inquiry and contact you to discuss availability, suitability, scheduling, pricing, and applicable service terms.

Any dog walking, pet care or pet massage service will be governed by the separate agreement, intake form, waiver, authorization, or other documents we provide before services begin.

3. Pet and Client Information

Please provide accurate information relevant to a requested service, including information about the pet’s behavior, medical needs, medications, allergies, vaccinations, emergency contacts, and access instructions when requested. Do not submit information that is not necessary for us to evaluate or provide services.

Pet massage is not veterinary diagnosis or treatment. We may decline or pause a service when we believe referral to a veterinarian or another qualified professional is appropriate.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;

  • Interfere with the website’s operation or security;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems;

  • Submit malicious code, spam, or misleading information; or

  • Copy, scrape, reproduce, or exploit website content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content - including text, logos, graphics, photographs, and design - belong to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view the website for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted without our written permission.

6. Accuracy and Availability

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but content may contain errors, become outdated, or be temporarily unavailable. We may change, suspend, or discontinue website content at any time.

7. Third-Party Links

The website may link to third-party websites or services. We provide those links for convenience and do not control or guarantee their content, availability, security, or practices.

8. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the website.

This section does not replace or limit the separate terms, waivers, insurance arrangements, or liability provisions that may apply to booked services. It also does not limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

10. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse us for reasonable losses, liabilities, claims, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Multnomah County, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
