Frequently asked questions:

Pet Care & Walking

Do you offer group walks?

Currently, I specialize in Solo Walks. This ensures your dog gets my undivided attention and a walk tailored to their specific energy level and "sniffing" needs. I can, however, walk multiple dogs from the same household together.

What is included in a "Drop-In Visit"?

Standard drop-in visits include dedicated playtime and affection based on your pet’s unique needs, a backyard potty break (dogs) or litter box scooping (cats), fresh water, meals, and medications.

Do you offer overnight house-sitting?

Currently, I don't offer overnight stays in clients' homes. However, I do offer Vacation Drop-In Packages. This customized-to-your-needs service consists of 1–4 visits per day to ensure your pet and home are well-cared for while you are away, allowing them to sleep in the comfort of their own familiar surroundings.

What time will you come to walk or drop-in on my pet?

When we connect for the initial meet-and-greet, we can discuss your pet's needs and confirm scheduling logistics. Generally, I book services by daypart with a timeframe for when I'll care for your pet. As an example, if you'd like your dog to receive a lunchtime walk, I'd add your pup to my midday schedule and would typically provide the walk between 11a and 2p.

Do you offer an initial meet-and-greet for walking and care clients?

Yes, absolutely! If you're interested in working with Paws & Restore for walking or drop-in care, please reach out so we can schedule a complimentary meet-and-greet. Meet-and-Greets typically last around 15 minutes, and will give us the opportunity to discuss your pet's needs, as well as work through logistics.
